What is MyDeenTools?
MyDeenTools is a free, ad-free Islamic platform. We provide prayer times, Quran with translations, Zakat calculators, Ramadan tools, Islamic names, a Hijri calendar, hadith search, duas, and more — all in one place.
Everything on this site is free and always will be. We are funded entirely by voluntary donations (Sadaqah Jariyah) from the community. No advertisements. No premium tiers. No data collection. The tools of your deen should not come with a price tag or a privacy cost.
Why we built this
Every Muslim deserves access to accurate prayer times and Quran reading tools, regardless of where they live or what they can afford. A revert in rural France. A student in Lagos. A family in Dhaka. The tools of Islam should be available to all of them — free and without barriers.
No ads means no distractions from worship. When you open the Quran page, you see the words of Allah, not a banner ad for car insurance. When you check prayer times, you get the answer instantly, not after a 30-second video.
No accounts means no barriers to access. You do not need to sign up, verify an email, or create a password. Open the site, use what you need, and go pray.

Our commitment to accuracy
Islamic content carries responsibility. A wrong prayer time or an inaccurate Zakat calculation directly affects someone's worship. We take this seriously.
- All Quran text is sourced from verified digital editions of the Uthmani script
- Hadith references come from authenticated collections — Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other major works
- Prayer time calculations use established methods from recognized Islamic organizations (ISNA, MWL, Umm Al-Qura, and others)
- Where scholars differ, we note the differences. We say “according to the Hanafi school” rather than making blanket claims
- No sectarian content. We serve all Muslims — Sunni, Shia, and everyone in between
Transparent and community-funded
MyDeenTools runs on Sadaqah Jariyah from the community. Every donation goes toward server hosting, content verification, and continued development of new tools.
We are transparent about costs. When you donate $10/month, that money covers server costs so tens of thousands of people can access free prayer times, read Quran, and calculate their Zakat. That is your ongoing reward, in sha Allah.
Every time someone reads a verse of Quran on this site, checks their prayer time, or calculates their Zakat — the people who fund this platform share in that reward.
