أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
Transliteration
A'udhu bikalimati-llahit-tammati min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah.
Translation
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every poisonous creature, and every evil eye.

Sahih Bukhari 3371
The Prophet Ibrahim used to seek protection for Isma'il and Ishaq with these words. The Prophet ﷺ used to seek protection for Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn with them.
