The Relief

8 verses|Meccan|Surah 94

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Translation

8 verses

Reciter

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ﴿١﴾

1.Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ﴿٢﴾

2.And We removed from you your burden

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ﴿٣﴾

3.Which had weighed upon your back

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ﴿٤﴾

4.And raised high for you your repute.

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا﴿٥﴾

5.For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا﴿٦﴾

6.Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ﴿٧﴾

7.So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب﴿٨﴾

8.And to your Lord direct [your] longing.
