أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Transliteration
Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh.
Translation
I seek Allah's forgiveness and I repent to Him.

The Prophet ﷺ used to seek forgiveness more than 70 times a day, and in another narration, 100 times. If the best of creation sought forgiveness this often, how much more should we?
