إِنِّي صَائِمٌ إِنِّي صَائِمٌ
Transliteration
Inni sa'imun, inni sa'im.
Translation
I am fasting, I am fasting.

The Prophet ﷺ said: 'If someone fights or insults you while fasting, say: I am fasting.' It serves as a reminder to yourself and a notice to the other person.
