He said: 'Tell me about Islam.' The Messenger of Allah said: 'Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to establish prayer, to pay Zakat, to fast Ramadan, and to make pilgrimage to the House if you are able to find a way.'

He said: 'Tell me about excellence (ihsan).' He replied: 'It is to worship Allah as though you see Him, and though you do not see Him, know that He sees you.'

Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand. If he cannot, then with his tongue. If he cannot, then with his heart — and that is the weakest form of faith.
Narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri
No one who has the weight of a mustard seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise.
