Verse 18of 89
أَوَمَن يُنَشَّؤُا۟ فِى ٱلْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِى ٱلْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍۢ﴿١٨﴾

So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah]?
