يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Transliteration
Ya Hayyu ya Qayyumu birahmatika astaghith.
Translation
O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining, I seek help through Your mercy.
