Revelation
The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions, and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for.

Al-Harith bin Hisham asked the Messenger of Allah: 'O Messenger of Allah, how does the revelation come to you?' He replied: 'Sometimes it comes like the ringing of a bell, and that is the hardest on me. Then it ceases and I retain what was said. And sometimes the angel appears to me in the form of a man and speaks to me, and I retain what he says.'
Narrated by Aisha
The first form of revelation to the Messenger of Allah was true dreams in his sleep. He never had a dream but it came true like bright daylight.

Faith

Narrated by Abdullah ibn Umar
